Sean Simpson, MA
Sean Simpson is Vice President of Ipsos Reid in Canada and has worked in the Public Affairs division for over 8 years. Ipsos Public Affairs has 700 staff located in 34 countries, and is the world's leading polling firm. Sean joined Ipsos following his studies at Wilfrid Laurier University, where he completed both Bachelor and Master’s degrees in Political Science. He leads Ipsos Reid’s public opinion polling in Canada, collaborating with clients and directing research studies on a wide variety of topics, including political behaviour, policy research, social and consumer trends. His research focuses on reputation, issues management, strategic communications (GR, PR), and polling for public release. Sean is an active speaker who gives lectures and presentations in both academic and business settings. While his office is located in downtown Toronto, he lives in Kitchener with his wife Amie.
